Hello. I’ve just received my DT3 Mate, but when the main dial switches off, the always on display then opens up but it only stays on for about 10 seconds and then the screen goes blank. Is there a way to make the always on display stay on all the time (not the main display). Thank you
Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the timing for screen off dial.

Question. How many sensor light is working? Mine only 3 sensors light is working. Is it just 3 or 4 sensor light
Not all the lights you see are for health applications! Also, only one of them is for pulse rate, the other one for Blood Pressure and so on!
Copied and understood. But ,out of those 4 green light sensor only 3 is blinking.. do ,you think any issue with my watch ?

nice video. but i have a problem.Problem with the clock. Stuck with the number 3 on the screen. I haven't even activated it at all and haven't downloaded an app yet. I tried all the pressing options and button rotations, the number 3 gets stuck there. I have no idea . Please give me advice on what to do.

Correction: It stays on for about 30 seconds, not 3.
