At 79, I have thoroughly embraced my age, but that doesn’t mean I’ve given up, don’t try, disregard trends in fashion, and so on. My motto is fashionable without appearing foolish. I adjust my approach to makeup as my appearance evolves. There is no reason why, as we age, we can’t have the best of both worlds-current makeup looks that are modified/adapted to suit our current appearance.

Oh no, the Vitalumiere foundation is being discontinued. It has been a favourite for me in Winter for so very many years. It is perfection on dry and mature skin imo. Really enjoyed the video Cheri 💜
Cheri, I used to love the Chanel fast dry and shine top coat, but it seems like it is no longer available. I do love the get top coat. In my opinion it is still fast drying, but I agree that it is thicker. Just typical Chanel to discontinue a great product.
Glitter is my friend. The chanel lip duo will be my new best friend. It sounds amazing. I like these round ups. Hope you do something similar for other luxe brands.

Chanel is still my favorite, well some collections , of course le blanc and les beiges, speaking of les beiges, the travel bronzing cream, its not the same, its reformulate, they took out coconut oil🙏🙏🙏 its so many of us, who were allergic too. So this one, its very popular, thats why they priced higher than supposed to🤪 anyways i love it. Its supposed to come to US( i dont understand why we are the last, to receive it) the new rosy beige cream, which everyone loves it. That foundation looks amazing, i dont know where i was not getting that foundation, while was still available🤪 have a blessed day🙏💗

Thank you for showing us how to use the Chanel bronzer! I just got the “travel size” and it’s my first Cream bronzer believe it or not! So now I realize: that I have to figure out which brush I have that can be used and how to apply it! 😂 I do however have experience with the Hourglass scattered light shadows and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I have the shades Vivid and Smoke and they are just great!

Love that you pulled out the same HG glittery shadow that I have! Ray- such a perfect sophisticated gorgeous eye color❤ I paired that with a few complimentary matte shades from the beautiful Byredo palette.. ❤fun😝

I fully agree with Chanel being a subtle, sophisticated beauty line. There are very few products I can say I am not overly fond of, and I can safely buy things online without seeing them in person.
I heard that Ultra le Teint Velvet is going too. I am in love with the No. 1 de Chanel as my daily, but I do need to powder my t-zone on warmer days.
Cheri, how do I blend my foundation without it affecting the white hair at my temples? I get tired of seeing my hair line look a weird yellow-gold. 😂

Having said that, I can recall that Mel Thompson (may that lovely woman rest in peace) said once that she used makeup wipes to get makeup out of her platinum hair at the hairline. She never showed it in a video though, that I recall.
Apply the bronzer inward instead of out toward the hairline.
I stopped wearing eyeliner a long time ago. When I heard about VB kajal liners I jumped on them and got quite a few. I really enjoy wearing them all. As for mascaras, I don't like most when they're brand new. Usually too wet and after a few openings of the cap things wear better. I wonder I if that might be the case here.
You may not like these then. They take time to set but are great for blending and a great eyeshadow base.

I’m not a dewy skin girl because I’m so oily I feel like I look like a greaseball. On the flip side if I’m too matte I look old. It’s a forever battle for me!

I really like the “Solution 10” but I need to add a hint of hyaluronic acid to make it perfect. As for the top coat, try the other one, I think it’s perfect because it has a hint of remover that helps to clean the surface of the nail (the fast dry one).

Hi Cheri !! Can’t go wrong with most of Chanel products , only a few items that done make the cut . That Chanel Ultra lipstick is the best on the market for staying power . Love your overall look . Can’t believe they are discontinuing the foundation 😔 why 🤷♀️. The Dior glosses look super glossy. Do they live up to your expectations now they have been reformulated ? 🤗💕

Cheri do you notice much of a difference between the finish of the travel size bronzer and the full size one? My understanding is that the new travel size bronzer is a new formula without coconut oil.

Hey Cheri…I’m always learning something new from u. I’m a little over a month away from turning 46. I’ve found that after I put on my eyeshadow, I top it with the VBB Lid Lusters and it just covers up any fine lines or imperfections. I also like it bc u can build up the color. I get so many compliments whenever I wear my eye makeup that way. I have been wanting to try the VBB highlighter, but now that u showed the Chanel one, I don’t know which one would b best or r they equally as good? Also, I watched your video of u trying on the Dries Van Noten lipsticks and I finally bit the bullet and purchased one. He had a Limited Edition lilac color that I just couldn’t resist. I plan on using it as more of a mixer shade though. I wanted to know if u had any color recommendations in his lipsticks that r just an everyday nude? I have dark brown hair, brown eyes, fair to medium complexion with some olive bc I’m Italian. Thanks for another great video.
