Please find the cooking Kodrai ki Roti, Swaank kai Chawal, Hari kangni Kutki Kangni how they look like, how to get them, how to cook them, mostly people are dying with sugar problems from chawal Maida gainhue etc best is fruits & Veges. I was feeling at the time of preparation that bhutwa is getting too too spicy, the same was confirmed by Anubhav at the time of eating. I think the owners are new in this field.

Yes in Kumaun we also say Kajura.but They are made from ghee,gud or chini, soap,dry fruit and wheat flour.
