So happy to see that you are okay and well. I started an intermittent fasting and keto back on January 1st. Today May 9th I have lost 48 pounds from 264 to 216 but trying to reach my 70 pound goal. I feel much better and have better stamina cutting grass and working my vegetable garden. Lots of Love from Alabama!❤.

May be I need to show the video to my cat, so he can accompany me like yours do. Did I mention that getting up at 7am actually is torture? Luckily I am my own boss so I decide when to go to my office. Just keep listening to your body and don't put too much pressure on yourself. You did accomplish so much in those 8 days. Good job! Im also startin to get as healthy as possible.. Im workin almost 10 hrs a day and barely have any time to exercise for now so Im gonna focused on eating better especially less sugar and salt.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. I work from home and I don’t workout until midday. I also like to sleep until 9. I don’t worry about anything on Shabbas. You started and that’s the hardest part! ❤

Walking and Jogging have the greatest anti-depressant effect according to a British Journal of Medicine study released in February this year: Noetel et al., 2024. Incremental is best for sure- with anything at all. Lofty goals with harsh regimens are a set up for failure. The trick is to infuse these tasks with joy. Then it becomes fun and you want to do it. It’s a pleasure rather than a pain.

Oh good on you Oriel👍 I think that’s great that your getting out exercising 💪 I tried a few times going to the gym I was going once for 5 days a week for 6 months and then just one day I decided I had enough I wish I continued it….I am not overweight but I can’t say I’m physically fit I am about 60 kg. Now that spring is starting it’s good to be out in nature in the sunshine ☀️ Your cats are so funny and adorable ❤ It’s good to see you positive and smiling 😊 take each day one step at a time. Anything plastic and or synthetic on the outside or inside of your body is highly toxic. God gave u your body to reserve not alter. U r beautiful as god created u, add or subtract nothing from your blessing. I saw a video that might give u a lots of encouragement, short story, a man was born with no legs, with one arm that has one finger. I saw that man do so much with what god gave him, not one complaint came out of his mouth. I wish there’s a way for me to send u the link of that video. If it doesn’t cheer u up, nothing will. God gave u what u need, be grateful, grateful people are happy people.
my friend is a CrossFit trainer! she helped me start with simple exercises and stretches just to get back into the groove of things. So I’m trying to stick with the habit before I go extreme with CrossFit.
@@orielinIsrael I started about a month ago, and yeah , it is a bit extreme , especially if you haven't exercised in a while (i just went straight to it no baby steps lol). After each session i feel like my body is about to shut down but then i feel much different throughout the day and the day after. So it's worth giving it a go when you feel ready.
