The big thing back in the early days 70s & 80s was to change out factory sterring wheels to wooden chrome one or smaller wheel with black grip it was the cool thing in the days to do.
Question…I ordered another wheel from another company, got it on and it was canted to the right. Figured I was off a tooth so I took it off and adjusted the it was canted to the left. Then, I put my OEM wheel on and it was perfect. My question for you is, when you installed this wheel, was it 100% straight or was it off center? Thanks in advance.
Didn’t you try reinstalling the notches are really small so even one tooth off can cause that, And I did not notice on mine to be honest probably if I stare at it but no
