@@Zdub811 Ive trained, kept and rescued many dogs. Alll the dogs. Its not just about time. Some dogs are dumb, some are lazy. Every once in a while you get a real gem. They're all a blessing but not all equally so driven and intelligent as Bindi.

Amazing dog. She looks, acts like a REAL WORKING APBT. This is what they looked like in the 1920's and 1930's. Beautiful dog - so glad she is with AMAZING owners.
In my opinion, that's what they have looked like for hundreds of years. There are paintings to back it up. A gamebred bulldog / a sporting bulldog, dogs that come from pit stock, catch stock, working stock etc are the only real American Pitbull Terriers and their looks have not changed a bit through the years. These other dogs, bigger, heavier dogs etc are not the same breed, they are look a likes and hold not a candle to a real gamebred bulldog. What you are looking at is a real bulldog, what you people now call a pitbull, my people call them bulldogs - 46 years with these dogs at 51 years old. We do not believe in the terrier cross whatsoever. We believe that cross is the English Bull terrier. These historians don't know their history. Paintings from hundreds of years ago show what people now call the American Pitbull Terrier...hundreds of years. One painting from the 1500's is titled "the bulldogs" .... Many like it.... Where's the cross? What so called bulldog out there now could do that catch work while mortally wounded? Only a game dog, only a pitbull, all other dogs will give up, quit etc. No other dog of any breed or any cross will put down a real bulldog. They haven't changed a bit, not the real ones

Joseph is like the animal brain unlocker , most people have a dog, walk it, feed it and cuddle it, then there’s Joseph who uses all that intelligence and drive to hunt,track kids if they are lost, lift objects, and complete small tasks around the yard/house. So awesome what an inspiration!
She is a once in a lifetime animal. You put your time in her, and she gave it right back to you .injoy every minute when she is gone that girl is going to take a part of you with her .trust me I know.
This is the kind of thing that makes the breed look as good as it really is. Best all around dog in the world if the owners put the time in like you did. She’s awesome and APBTs are the best dogs in the world.

She is such an amazingly smart, intelligent, friendly dog. I was amazed when I saw the label on the clip of her pulling the sled that said it was her own idea without training. Her curiosity, cleverness, creativity, planning, tactics, reactions, memory, etc all make her an all-around excellent dog to have.
The love you share with Bindi is also shared by us on here. We've shared watching her grow and develop with you, we've also become attached to her clever and wonderful personality. The first time I saw Bindi working I thought she was something special, watching and learning from the humans: She saw that when humans pulled up lumber where rats were hiding, rats were flushed out and damned if she didn't start pulling up lumber when things got quiet! and flushed rats! Ever since then I've loved watching her work, especially watching her work with Boss and she learned from him too, how to be in a position where rats were likely to run when flushed. It's an absolute crying shame when Boss was taken far too young, he and Bindi together could have become as famous ratters as Bummer and Lazarus. I hope people who want pitbulls/bully breeds see this, and understand this is the intensity of exercise and training they need. This is not generally a breed for the backyard. They are high energy, high drive dogs.
Well, that definitely depends on the breed of Bully (energy wise)… besides that you’re making it sound like this is for the extreme pet owner. Pitbull are relatively easy animals to raise. They get a bad rep because people are idiots. That’s been proven time and time again.
i remember when you first got her... she was a tiny wobbly baby! i have been rewatching those puppy training vids as i prepare to bring home my gsd in a few weeks
American pit bulls are loyal, sweet and love kids. They have a stigma behind them. It’s how any pup is raised. Yes they are powerful we lost our 7 year old to gunshot. It was devastating to our family as he never showed aggression. Bindi is amazing ❤

I have to say I have never seen such dedication between a diverse pack of animals to all work together as one and hardly get into a fight over who gets the rat. Animals like this are rare and training them to do this takes a lot of time and effort and dedication. All I can say is this: when they die you are going to miss them ALOT.
This is exactly what these beautiful dogs are meant for. Dog with a purpose. High drive dogs aren’t meant to sit on comfy beds, indoors all day. Great job mate.

Oh definitely. Same goes for Malinois to. Espicialy when they are totaly bored they either tear up the home or are very aggressivly territorial.
Real pitbulls have a very high prey drive naturally. They don't need to be trained to catch other animals. It's already bred into them.
