Also just to add, the Speed T4 has a different sort of torque delivery than the Speed 400, that's one point to note.

Speed T4 is Good for City. But if You want performance and power. Go for Speed 400 because it has premium quality and electronics.
Speed T4 is Good in city use also more practical. Speed 400 25 is Very powerful beast.
