Designed by the homeowner, Shaunn Lipsey succeed in achieving the most beautiful space. This home is elegant and functional for a small or big family, for hosting friends gathering or living quietly, it has it all.
Neutral tones throughout with black accents on cabinets giving it lots of contrast and adding energy all around the home. A unique kitchen island design, cool artwork, a master bedroom with a view and a nice flow from one end to the other. Incredible renovation.

I’m trying to think what doesn’t look quite right with this kitchen. I think it is actually the cabinet handles. I think the black might be too harsh and it would’ve looked really nice in perhaps a antique brass or dull bronze. Would swap out the black tap too.
