Great video as always don't let the riff raff passengers get you down that's all some passengers want to do is argue. I'm a bus user myself I have seen bad arguments between passengers having a go at drivers I feel like getting involved and saying he's only doing his job. The passenger is wrong because they rang the Bell too late. 👌👍
I literally saw you yesterday Taylor at Plumstead bus garage at the open day it was absolutely amazing and I’ve got to give credit to all the bus drivers and everybody there for putting on a great effort for making this day special

Hello Taylor, didn’t see you at the open day but the staff at PD put on a great effort, really getting into it taking photos and talking with the visitors. It was really well run and great to see the garage from a different angle (having gone past it every day for years when I lived down the road). Great stuff indeed.

During the 2012 Olympics,I was living on the south coast.All the local stage coach buses disappeared & where replaced by much older vehicles.This lasted for about a month & then the local fleet returned.Some of those buses looked & rode like they'd found at the back of bus garages.

Hey Taylor, your videos pushed me to apply to join Stagecoach Midlands as a driver earlier this year. Two weeks ago I passed my driving test and I got to drive in service with my mentor for the first time today. Thanks for giving me the push I needed!

Good luck in your application to drive at the commonwealth games mate, as a bus driver here in Auckland New Zealand i had the privilege of driving at 1990 commonwealth games which the company I worked for had won the contract it was great fun but a lot of courses to attend to beforehand but it was worth it.

Educational videos watched all 😌 just finishing my bus course Thursday fingers crossed I’ll have my full license on Thursday am in Ireland so heading for Bus Eireann in my city equivalent to London Bus obviously not as big but similar buses double and single decker’s my grandfather used to drive for London bus Back in his day some stories he has!

i joined Stagecoach East Scotland and have over 35 routes to learn, any tips on how to do that? your videos are superb by the way and a great help.
Everyone learns different I can learn by just watching the driver some others are different you just need to find what works best for you to learn
Hey I wanted to know more information about when you did your theory test? Just a few things.
What’s the pass mark? Because I googled it and I see two different answers😭
Oh and what’s the best method you used to practice to help you pass your theory?
Theory is 85/100, hazard perception is 67/100 and the cpc case study is 40/50. In terms of practise they gave us something called theory test pro it’s an online revision tool where you can read up on the theory and do practise tests
What is curtailing?
It’s when the bus gets cut short from it’s original destination

Do you get a lot of violence towards drives in London? I'm not far from Sheffield over the last few years we had everything from a passenger get on a bus with a gun who threatened to shot the driver next up someone left a bomb on a bus more recently a driver was stabbed nearly died another was attacked with a chain .A lot of drivers have left due to many reasons most have gone on to HGV driving which has affected our services to the point their is no point in having a timetable anymore.
No not really violence the only time someone has been violent on my bus is when I have had a mechanical problem with the bus and they have banged on the assault screen a couple of times most of the time it's just verbal abuse
I get abused every day. I think I will get divorced.
