Bad news for you, your watch is damaged. You should not let a discharged battery inside for long time.

Hello, Jose! It's hard to say why the battery in your watch lasts so short. It could be because the electronic module malfunctions due to some water leakage or some other cause. Also check if the battery is inserted correctly and doesn't touch some contacts, that it should not. It should touch 2 contacts only to provide the power.

I like this watch its very interesting design, have you any idea which movement this watch has? I need to replace the winding stem but cant seem to find one.

I opened the watch and did not find any marking about the movement model. Probably it is encrypted in the watch model itself.
