Jesus only you can change my situation. Jesus you are my King, I need a miracle today please come and rescue me. As a single mother, raising not one but two children on the spectrum I am overwhelmed and I’m constantly struggling to pay bills. Struggling to buy groceries, struggling to do it all. But I won’t give up. I have the faith to believe and receive a blessing from you today Lord. Amen. 💕

Relating so much to this. I'm a recovering oversharer and anxious people pleaser. 4/5 days ago I decided to embark on being a very mysterious, private and unseen person. I stopped posting on WhatsApp, permanently deleted my social media accounts on every platform and decided to be silent. It feels so good saying less and doing more privately. I'm not MIA but from that day, I promised myself that this is my life and I'm loving everything about being silent ❤❤

When I tell you I have STRUGGLED to back to the state of silence. I had a traumatic experience a couple years ago that left me overthinking. Stuck to the trauma, I forgot about all my habits that helped me get back to myself.
For those who’d like to know(although I’m still reaching undoubtedly level of silence),
•Meditation(I would take advantage of any moment there was during the day whether it was lunch during work, waking up at 5am, only meditating for 10-15 mins but hoping for 30).
•Remembering parts of myself that I loved the most
•Not claiming the negativity, even if it’s obvious.
    •Stating affirmations
•Allowing my body to talk more(meaning feeling the wholeness of my body to move through the struggle rather than talking through it)
    •SUN!!!!!
    •LAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
•Grace, compassion, understanding. Stating things like, “it’s okay” with the most authenticity
•Grounding! Using your heart to focus on the lower half of the body.
•Surrendering to Mother Nature. VIEWING myself as Mother Nature.

Becoming more silent has helped me connect with source energy and my ancestors. There is a certain guidance you receive in silence. Your intuition gets stronger (if you listen to it). All this has helped me to go within and focus on myself. As you stated as a ppl pleaser and a libra I tend to focus on other. & as you politely put it…being an over pleaser is no good to anyone! I am grateful for you. Love & light✨

5:00 I was having to explain myself more when I was wasting time & energy in spaces I never belonged. I was explaining myself more in scenarios that triggered me back into past versions of me that didn’t embody my own sense of belonging.

I found your channel a few weeks ago, and I'm really happy I did! I'm currently on my journey to recovering from anxiety, people pleasing, and childhood trauma, so your videos have really resonated with me :) To answer your question, I used my silence to stand up to someone important in my life. This person contributed to my childhood trauma, and I finally found the courage to let them know how their actions caused me pain. I remained silent for weeks after laying out my feelings and waited until they let their denial/anger pass. That moment was the most courageous I've ever been in my life.

It would be wonderful if you could create a second part.
I am recovering from being a people pleaser because I have been in situations where I was misunderstood. When I chose to remain silent and let things be, I began to feel more in tune with my mind, body, and soul. It became easier for me to attract people and find myself in environments that aimed to nurture and develop me rather than drain me. By listening to my inner self, I could easily provide for my inner needs because I was not preoccupied with talking but rather with listening. Most importantly, I am able to connect with the universe and nature with ease because I listen more. Being open-minded and silent has transformed my spiritual journey, and I am grateful for where I am now.

UA-cam presented this video to me this morning and I am grateful that it did. Thank you for these intentional words that you've spoken. I've been absorbing this type of content for four years now and it has changed my life and my mindset about life. As a 53 y/o woman who is a recovering serial people pleaser, moving away from everyone I knew with my husband of one year at the time was what I needed to start my healing journey and process. My mother and others tried everything that they could to stop me from moving. The isolation and silence for the following four years provided me with clarity, healing, growth, transformation and an evolution of ME. I've stood up to so many people from my past that I couldn't have done without separating myself from them. I used to avoid doing 'hard' things but now I do the 'hard' things without any anxiety or doubt because I have faith. My life has blossomed and I live with complete gratitude.

I’m doing this to manifest my dream man back. I need love and validate myself and not talk so much to show i deserve his love because my dad absent and me being abandoned by him and my drug addicted hiv positive mom who was broken because the stigma during the time we didn’t have social media and UA-cam and empathy and compassion and I love and uplift her as my ancestors let them guide me to get my Virgo that we are soulmates to heal and grow. I love making visions boards. Maybe I shouldn’t but when I have free time I like being on Pinterest s and manifesting with no sound talk to spirit and ancestors. ❤❤❤❤❤

Choosing to keep silence in my life instead of over explaining myself to the others around me has truly taught me how to keep my own peace and reserve my useful energy for myself and things that benefit me in my life instead of wasting my time, my energy and resources, explaining myself to others around me who simply will not understand no matter the amount of word and explanation when instead, sometimes silence is the best way to communicate how you truly are feeling internally instead of overexplaining ❤️

Absolute respect !I have to say first, your voice is lovely and the way you present your presence is magnetic. I just found your channel this morning and this is truly the wisdom I needed to move past my attachment of others, who don't see me. My life is messy, with trying to leave my mother, applying for jobs, etc and I have felt drained. Truly accepting that my voice doesn't feel important because I'm not supposed to be here,my voice is powerful. I will find the people who resonate when I leave the people who don't! You speak fluid with intention! It is appreciated 🌱 ~marz

Thank you so much, Jasmine. I love this topic so much. I’m similar to you in that when I get nervous I talk but the things I talk about are pretty esoteric and I know that people think I am talking down to them or being a know it all or something like that. So. I’m just finding my tribe and part of that is my discernment. And I just pray about it. I pray that source can help me to think about what I say before I say it. Because I have mercury in Aries. UGG. I feel like this is one of my life lessons. It’s pretty major. Reassuring myself internally saying that my presence is enough, and I don’t need to over share in order to please this person. And in fact, it can have the opposite effect. It’s OK to slow down. I don’t need to have diarrhea of the mouth.😂
I would love to hear a part two. That would be lovely.
Also, I just wanted to complement you on your gorgeous braids. Looking good girly!❤

Lololl I LOVE this. It’s literally like I’m ready my mind back at myself. I’ve been socially an outcast and I think it’s made me “different” (not bad or great) when you develop communication outside of the communities “social que’s” it makes connecting a challenge.
But like you, I’m finding control of my KAKA-mouth! 😅😂😂 it’s all for the better ♥️

Yes, would love to hear more. Silence has taught me that if you really listen to yourself instead of others you grow in all that you want to achieve. Basically, that’s what the other person that you’re pouring into is usually trying to achieve and normally they may act as if they want you there but they really don’t. So, it’s extremely important for you to listen to yourself and pour into yourself. The right things, person etc. will come in Devine timing! 🫶🏼
