Dear Daniel Sir, Thank you for your support. If the candidate secured a seat in Deemed in 2nd Round and joined the college, but the same candidate participate and if secure the seat in R3 TN counselling, then he / she has to join in the newly allotted college in TN to avoid forfeit of various fees. In this case, what the financial impact while resigning a seat in Deemed University (Which allotted in 2nd round and joined as well.
In the latest notice on resignation, it is clear if someone resigns their R/R2 seat on 13th or 14th..they cannot participate further in TN counselling..very important

I didn't get any seats in tamilnadu and all india qouta counseling of 1 and 2 round, If I fill all the mbbs and bds colleges in MCC 3rd round choice filling. After getting any mbbs or bds seats in all india quota 3rd round but I didn't join means what will happen. Pls clarify my doubt...

Sir i have one doubt.
I have been alloted in a deemed uni in round 1 of AI . I have resigned my r1 seat by sep 14th with full refund of my tution fees and my original documents. Also my resignation letter is been uploaded in the mcc website.
I havent participated in round 2 counselling due to an issue.
So now i have filled my choices and successfully locked. Now if i get any seat in any college within my filled choices, the prospectus says that ' if we did not join the alloted college in mopup round we will be forfeited with my tution fee, security deposity, and also with a discontinuation fee..
My question is -- if i didnt join the alloted college , how would i suppose to pay the tution fee and discontinuation fee since we havent joined the college. Only if we join by paying the 1st yr fees , we would be forfeited with that. How will they forfeit the unpaid tution fee and discontinuation fee?

If u get seat in 3 round , u have to join that realloted clg compulsory.
If u didn't join ur tution fees, discontinuation fee (10L) , security deposit will become penalty
