I’m probably the nightmare of every hairdresser because I have cut my own hair since my last visit to a hairdresser, which was 35 years ago!! 😱 I had lovely, thick curly and wavy hair and went to a hairdresser I’d been to before and had been happy with the result. However, I didn’t know that the salon had changed hands and the result was an expensive disaster as far as I was concerned. This experience put me off from ever going back to a hairdresser. Now, my much older hair has thinned and lost its glory! Deep down, I wish I had the confidence to find a sympathetic and understanding hairdresser who would bring me a new style to suit me as I am now.

I've loved your hair style for years. Just turned 70 and for the last 6 years my hair is thinning to the point I have no hair in front of my ears and my hair line has regressed a good 1.5". Sure wish I could wear your style. You are so cute.
This is the haircut and look I have wanted for the past several years but I never walk away with it. I have tried several different hairdressers and it's always not even close. They always get the bangs wrong and leave too much hair on the sides and take too much off the top in back and it looks like I have a bald spot. The shape is always wrong and is more like a bad mullet. I have even scheduled an appointment the next day and paid the full price for a second haircut from the same hairdresser, and still it was wrong. I even brought a picture to show the shape and length I wanted, specifically stating that I couldn't stand hair covering my ears. She wouldn't cut it away from my ears. I ended up going home and trying to cut it myself. It helped a little, enough to where I could use hair clips to make it look the way I wanted. I haven't had a haircut I liked for at least the past two years and it is so annoying. I don't know if I am using the wrong descriptions or not understanding when I agree or disagree to something they ask. I wish I knew how to describe this exact haircut and exact way to cut bangs instead of straight across bangs that dont blend with the rest of the haircut. I wish I could find a hairdresser like you in WA state.
