Wheelchair skills. Quadriplegic working on floor to chair transfer.

2 yrs ago I could not do a chair to bed transfer without my Hoyer/sling. That turned into a sliding board transfer. Then, with exercise and core strength development I no longer needed the board. Previous videos show me working on mat-foam roll to couch and then into the chair. But, today I brought the mat outside and transferred without my couch. I was so surprised how smooth it went. I'm still aiming for the full floor to chair, but today was a breakthrough moment for me. I hope someone can watch this and benefit. When you're having a good day seize the moment and crush it.
