not really other OLTS can connect to that core switch.. the core switch provides backhaul for IPTV on other OLTs....the main factor here is observing connection from encoder to the switch and making sure it is not congested at any point( i.e total traffic to all OLTs does not exceed total traffic from encoder to switch)

I have not seen any direct training of IPTV yet...but a key area is understanding the concept of modulation in general...modulation is basically being able to translate from one mode of signal transmission .to another form that can be transmitted in a different medium.. for example optical modulation schemes for fiber optic transmissions, RF modulation for wired CoaxIAL transmissions(there are also wireless versions focus on the wired one), and also the IPTV encoder for translating existing Coaxial CATV Signals into IPTV Streams... I also have two perspectives on IPTV: 1. broadcasted channels can be translated into IPTV by the encoders and transmitted using IP using various IP last mile connectivity solutions(PON,Metro ethernet,DSL,etc) 2.VOD(video on demand), these are hosted services on servers where the end user can stream content like youtube for example, the individual /org offering the service has a huge library of videos stored in file servers and the end user selects the video he/she wants to stream...,In telecommunications sector the trend is, when a new tech comes on board, they are designed to fit with existing technologies as much as possible, so in a nutshell IPTV is a solution of merging video services on an ordinary internet connection
Is the issue connecting an interface of SC/APC with an SC/UPC patch cord from the splitter ?, there may be more attenuation given that one side is angled and the UPC is plain, but the signal is still within the budget so it will work

How many users can u service with this setup?
reasonablly I think it is about 2000 Subscribers For that kind of OLT, assuming iptv will consume about 8-10mbps of bandwidth per user
@@andersonpyaban8042 is it must to have these setup for every OLT ? and i think it only consume 3-5 mbps for each IPTV user with use of HEVC
