They’re similar in spirit to Talking Heads in that Talking Heads was post punk and Yeah Yeah Yeahs are a kind of post punk revival. Literally no idea what the song is about. Actually I heard the boyfriend (angus) was late to the filming and she thought he wouldn't show up. Thus the tears.

Karen O is definitely a serial repeater, but this is one of there slower songs. They do rock pretty goood. Try a few songs
This entire albums is still insanely repeatable. This is sort of the "ballad" of the record. The they are usually up tempo.

I think this song is a pretty obvious love note to the fans. This band makes music for people and they love us for it.
