I inserted sd card for music basically I only use them for gym everything is fine for months but now my headphones are going crazy, they switch to sd card mode and bluetooth without even touching them switch to another music all alone!! How can I reset them? maybe this will solve the problem. Thanks in advance))

Hi!! Try to unpair the headphones in your device Bluetooth settings and pair the headphones and headphones back again to see if that works.

There is a power button on the earphones that you hold for a few seconds to turn on and off.
Mines just won't turn on anymore. I fully charged them and still nothing. I wonder why
