    Today’s video has been dedicated to Paralysis patients facing difficulty returning their hand movements. Dr. Kashif will walk you through some of the essential details on the subject and provide ways (or exercises) to help the patients recover.
    It is important to know that hand movements get restricted only when the damaged area is responsible for it. And if you follow the medically recommended exercise routine, we are sure recovery will not be far - your brain will be re-educated, and your hands will work again. It will also help you eliminate muscle soreness and stiffness for a better experience. The exercises discussed in the video are:
    • Wrist-side Movement
    • Wrist-bend Movement
    • Palm-up & Palm-down
    • Fingers’ Glide
    • Pushing/Pulling Exercise
    • Wrist Forward & Backward Movement
    All these exercises will help you regain your muscle strength, re-educate your brain about the movements and help you with hand movements in the long run. It even contributes to improving your muscle reflexes as needed.
