This felt actually relaxing, i want to do meditation regularly but couldn't do it but after my CA final exams will over I'll try to do it regularly. May be I'll watch this video to remember that how important is to stop and focus

I did the challenge till the end, and I felt the silence, without any sort of emotion, just silence. In the end, you told us that if the challenge is done correctly, one has some sort of self-discipline and can always grow into that. That's honestly a big thing for me to realize. It's been months since I've been feeling like a failure, directionless, and with no self-discipline. I think I can do better. Felt really relaxing....thoughts came and went away... feeling really good.. I've taken up your challenge of creating a mind dump...and I write in it every day...multiple times a day... Thank you so much for that too...I used to chase after someone that was not really good for me. I also found out the reason why I used to do it, and worked out something in my head and writing in my dump finally gave me the strength to cut off from that loop I myself put me in. I don't know what this is, but I feel so peaceful. Yea, thoughts come, but I've somehow learnt to deal with it. I'm developing my self esteem and self confidence slowly and slowly...wow a dejavu....feels like I have seen myself writing this comment, how brilliant is our subconscious mind. Anyway...sorry for going off topic...I'm slowly starting to get better...without holding any negative emotions against anyone.. I feel valueing myself was something I never did. I'm starting to do that. I used to take mild anxiety pills because of these twists and turns life sometimes throws at you...but I feel like in a few weeks, maybe months, I can stop relying on medication and start relying completely on myself. tomorrow is my exam and I was in so much rush to complete 10 more chapters but when I saw this video I was successful in completing this this challenge and I realized in this life which is full of rush, rat race and problems we forget thinking about ourselves , we forget to introspect ourselves. @@aroravaishnvi2278 I also do the same thing, but overthinking is not good for your health. Replace those negative thoughts with a good thought instantly. Trick your mind to imagine a positive scenario instead of negative scenario. Try deep breathing or breathwork and do guided meditation or listen to devotional songs. It will calm you down

It is actually true. We as a generation are really impatient. Many times I have noticed that while reading any thing I dont read the entire sentence and want to jump to the next sentence. Bas sab upar upar se karna hai. Cheezo ki geherai me nahi jana.

tomorrow is my exam and I was in so much rush to complete 10 more chapters but when I saw this video I was successful in completing this this challenge and I realized in this life which is full of rush, rat race and problems we forget thinking about ourselves , we forget to introspect ourselves. Whenever I see you, I feel like I am not the only one who's working this much for their dream, I am not the only one who's keeping this much of patience. You are actually the GEM .
Honestly, I am very calm person but These back to back failures might snatched that quality of mine from me, And because of that, I actually became irritated, frustrated and impatient these days. @@aroravaishnvi2278 I also do the same thing, but overthinking is not good for your health. Replace those negative thoughts with a good thought instantly. Trick your mind to imagine a positive scenario instead of negative scenario. Try deep breathing or breathwork and do guided meditation or listen to devotional songs. It will calm you down

I felt like crying! I was sad throughout the day and this activity really allowed me to realise that the problem is not that big. The things of which I am getting mad at are not really worth so much stress. I love myself and I will always put myself first.

I had seen your 2 yr old video where you mentioned how you got clearity in life by focusing on breath and how people started feeling clearity into your speech thereafter i started doing vipashyana and then i realised that there is also another newer version of ourselves that we never met......and i felt that 1 sec version and now i feel addictive when i will met that unknow for some seconds giving you the updated version of yourself.....also this helps to stop scrollimg youtube and instagram if followed for longer time
