In a minor role is Tom Tully, who appeared in 'The Caine Mutiny' as the departing captain, who was replaced by Cpt. Queeg. Tully was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in that film.
Oh thank you for pointing that out ~ I missed that! I thought it was just a lucky coincidence that there was a regatta that day or they were all heading out for the day's fishing expedition. I completely forgot about the watches! So now I have to rethink the whole hand position issue on the wave.......I thought, "how interesting that they cup their palm inward where we cup our palm outward." But maybe they were just emphasizing the watch faces so people like you could notice them and people like me could go🤦🏻♀and be grateful for people like you!😊
I enjoyed seeing Susan Hayward and Clark Gable. No implants of any kind, no added hair or anything else. Just what God gave them for us to admire and appreciate. It doesn't get any better than this. Being an individual was both expected and admired. There won't be their like again. Ms. Hayward was unappreciated during her lifetime. I still adore her. R.I.P.

Well said. I love Gable's later films and Hayward is perhaps my favorite actress.
