why I'm getting 40 fps ultra
Turn down Shadows and Atmosphericl, you'll gain a considerable amount of FPS back. You can probably increase the rest to High.
the same system is only i5 10 400f nd the average high drawdown settings are up to 40 fps there is no stability and what can it be?
it's not completely ultra but good settings to play game at 60 fps
Does the gpu gtx 1660 super oc give me more fps than the gpu ur using? I have the same processor as u.

Nowadays anything is better than a ps4 pro, specially if you work with a pc.
