All pens with a significant on line advertising budget. Parker and Cross have heritage going for them -- and I have and like pens from both makers. I've seen Scriveiner receive good reviews, but don't particularly see that they are better than Parker or Cross. But, for under $50 US, one can spend less and get more from openly Chinese companies like Hong Dian, Jinhao, Asvine, MaJohn, and Wing Sung. The packaging will not be as great, but the writing satisfaction will be.

Agreed, although after a few months regular use, the paint wore off the plastic finial holding the clip in place on mine. Wrote nicely, though.
