Absolutely gorgeous. I love that all you used was buttercream. Fondant is neat and all, although besides the fact that it becomes pricey and according to many doesn't have the best taste, it's just way too overused now a days. It's nice to be able to see beautiful art in the deliciousness that is buttercream.
+Tasoula Adossidis thank you for such a lovely comment! Fondant I think still has its place for wedding cakes in terms of stability and design, but for all other cakes I much prefer buttercream 👍🌼❤️
Something about buttercream is also very elegant. Fondant just makes everything very structured

Fancy Favours & Edible Art I do have a question for you though, about your buttercream recipe. You use protein powder, if you were to substitute protein powder for actual egg whites, any idea how many egg whites you would use, or even perhaps grams of egg whites?

Wow, wow ,wow, any idea how many serves since it is all cake I would think quite a few.
+Noreen Abel I have no idea, I'm guessing 30-50 depending on how much cake you want to give each person. Your best bet is to look up the corresponding cake sizes on a wilton serving chart (you can find them on Google) 👍✨🌼
