T.O.P is one of the og underground rappers turned idol rapper. Him and G-Dragon really flipped the switch on rapper/producers in kpop. You have to react to some BigBang (The Kings of Kpop), their group and also some G-Dragon since he is the biggest legend of K-pop rappers. BigBang really paved the way for a lot of newer artists. Obviously they are the big brothers to BlackPink being the group that made YG Entertainment the powerhouse they are. They should hopefully fingers crossed make a comeback after BlackPinks album comes out after their hiatus since the members were doing the mandatory military service. Killer hip-hop and R&B vibes. The only good channels that do a decent to amazing job at reacting are: 40Plus, Lost in MPK, Hi I'm Ryan, Mr. Video, and EllisLamarMusic. These people have actually shown enough interest in bigbang to actually do research and learn about the members. I especially enjoy 40Plus and Lost in MPK because they have backgrounds in music so the fact that they are constantly blown away by bigbang (especially their live performances) and have actually become VIPs actually means so much to me as a VIP.
I feel that most new kpop reaction channels only react to certain groups, including bigbang, for clout and views. It doesn't seem genuine at all.

T.O.P is a rapper from a group called BigBang. BigBang are OGs in the Kpop scene, they debuted in 2006 (14 years ago) and considered by many as the Kings of Kpop. They've been on hiatus because they were serving in the military, but they finished their service this already and will comeback eventually (they were supposed to comeback in Coachella but it was cancelled due to covid)
Many idols from now have BigBang as their role models. BigBang is from the same company of Blackpink also, they are Blackpink seniors in there. The company is called YG Entertainment which is known for their swag, their rappers and their talented artists.
Each member also has successful solo careers as well in the group, you saw one of them here.
Also is ironic that their fandom has the same name as your channel, we are called VIPs!

@@phoopwintkhine9004 I am VIP since 2009. And T.O.P is my forever bias. You could check Korean Hip Hop scene. They have E-Sens, Nucksal, Drunken Tiger JK, Palo Alto, Swings, Gaeko, Tablo, and many more.
But if you look only on KPop Idol Group, T.O.P is indeed the best.

I am so happy that Korean music is getting the recognition it deserves, yet sometimes I hear newbies to Korean music reacting to Big Bang with the limited knowledge they have - not knowing that Big Bang are kings of KPop. I'm Army too, but Big Bang brought me into the fold. I wonder if the guys of Big Bang ever see these vids and scream at the screen, like "No! We started the trailblazing!" I don't feel they are getting enough credit, though through no fault of our amazing reactors.

Bigbang was the first K-pop band I ever watched. The song fantastic baby was my intro to kpop and for a long time was the go to when introducing people to the K-pop world. Seeing them live years ago in New York is still one of my most favorite memories. T.O.P is one of the rappers in the group and this is one of my favorite solo songs he released. That being said my favorite on the band is g-dragon (and my cat is even named after him lol) any song by g-dragon will be an amazing watch and bigbang themselves, though as previously stated definitely partial for fantastic baby. Keep up the great work. I love the fact that you review other bands not just bts it shows a true love for Korean music as a whole and that's not something you see with a lot of reactors on UA-cam. I even found some new bands to listen to thanks to you. :)

The MV is clearly inspired by Kubrick's movie 2001: Space Odyssey (1968). It also has hints of art movement Dadaism (Salvador Dali). TOP has a big fanaticism within art and some movements such as Abstract art. One of his outfits is inspired in Django (2009) representative character outfit.
In the lyrics he preaches mass media criticism, as a rap music salvator and on how times change and people evolve.

I love Big Bang, I'm apart of their VIP fandom, and TOP is my favorite member. This is a solo from a member of Big Bang. Don't really know their status right now, because wow STUFF went DOWN, but they were my kpop gateway drug. Lots of great stuff to react to there, both as a group and solo work for the members. Members are G Dragon (leader, rapper, vocalist, producer, fashion icon), T.O.P. (rapper, handsome as hell but awkward af, actor, artsy), Taeyang (beloved vocalist, squeaky clean yet somehow filthy), and Daesung (underrated vocalist, extra, variety show genius).
