Yes, definitely!!! You see, I have been on a Healing Adventure --- a journey where I have to discover not only the answers to questions about my health, but discovering who I really am. For two years, I was on the CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) Train in Car #4. Its destination was DEATH. I could have had a layover and gotten Dialysis or a transplant, but there was no cure at all for Stage 4 CKD; just huge 'bandages' that might extend my life, and my symptoms. However, something sparked my imagination last year and I began to believe that I could heal. That belief has grown and grown and I am healing, slowly but surely. Now, I am on The Healing Train. I no longer need either dialysis or a transplant. For some reason, this season especially, The Polar Express movie encapsulates everything I have gone through these past two healing years. Your insights describe it all beautifully. Indeed, the journey I am on is full of awe and wonder ~ even magical! I have been able to replace fear with love. I have had some experiences that definitely defy all logic and reason. In fact, it is medically extraordinary as no one else in the medical community I am a part of has ever recovered from CKD Stage 4 with a beginning kidney function of only 15%. I am 74 years young and still teaching international teens from around the world, giving them hope and opening their minds to possibilities that they never considered before. I used to be like the Know-It-All Boy, who really knew everything by rote, rather than by heart. Now, I am learning as if I were a child again with my spiritual eyes wide open to possibilities. Keep up the good work in your analysis of movies and their messages. I like how you think! Thank you!
