A single view is getting you no where. If you want your channel to grow start making content that isn't just re-spited nonsense. I believe in the right to bear arms, self-defense, and also free speech. So I'm not going to regard your points but that doesn't mean I will pander to them.

@@KindredRush I was being sarcastic. I make content on what I believe and what I find interesting to discuss.
I ain't here to become the next Pewdiepie. It's also only nonsense cause you don't agree with it. Shocker.
We will never agree on this point. Why you've even taken time of day to comment is beyond me. No one asked you to watch the video, bud.
I fail to see how calling my belief nonsense (just ur opinion, man) with no defense of your position serves any purpose?

The guy felt like his safety was at risk and acted accordingly. A court decided the same. Your opinion is irrelevant.

A courts rule in odd, cruel, and unfair reasoning aaalll the time. If THAT's your reasoning, you need brain surgery.

If you like, I can give you a list of twisted recent cases. If the judgment of a piss poor court system is your be-all, end-all for being in favor of it, you'd make a nice Nazi.

It was justifiable because the UA-camr was disproportionately larger than the Door dasher, and the UA-camr did not stop his weird aggressive behavior when he was verbally asked to stop. The Door dasher attempted to flee, and the UA-camr followed him. That's when the UA-camr got shot. A disproportion in size, continuing the harassment when asked to stop, and following the victim when the victim was attempting to flee are what made this a justified shooting.

I'm not saying the UA-camr didn't deserve retaliation. I've kicked the shit out of people twice my size for being dickheads. I get it, it happens. If the man retaliated, I highly doubt the UA-camr would have beat him up. It's just a stupid kid doing what stupid kids do. Fear and expectation is no excuse to justify putting a bullet in someone. He could have taken the grip of that gun and smashed him in the face, he could have called security, he could have threatened him with the gun.
But no. He decided to end a person's life (regardless if the UA-camr died or not because there was no way he could tell in that moment) because the guy was bigger than him.
To justify this in any way, shape, or form is immoral. The man had options. He chose blatant overeaction. And to even suggest justification shows the flaws in one's own morality.
"Well, they were bigger than me, so I figured..." is a reach if not totally unjustifiable.

@@2gameprinc "Fear and expectation is no excuse to justify putting a bullet in someone" I disagree, and so does the law. Fear of great bodily harm is the definition of assault, and reason for self defense. The victim fired one shot at the UA-camr with intent to stop, not to kill. If the Door dasher had intent to kill, then he would have kept firing.
"The man had options." I disagree. He asked the UA-camr to stop, and tried to flee. Getting into a fight with a larger individual puts the victim into a situation of potential great bodily harm. Use of a firearm is a much safer option for the victim.
"They were bigger than me" is in fact a justifiable claim for self defense. Victims should not have to risk hand-to-hand combat when they have much safer options for dealing with an assailant.

@NotSure416 The UA-camr was not threatening his life. There is literally no excuse. Harassment is not the same thing as threatening death, or causing it for that matter.
He ASSUMED. That's the key word here. He assumed and chose instead to kill someone who (in all logical likelihood) had no intention of KILLING the DoorDasher. If the UA-camr had a knife or was threatening the man's life, totally justified.
He didn't. He was just being a dick. Hence, still a wild overreaction. The problem is this obsession with extreme vengeance that all people have nowadays. Over the top reactions to petty modern interactions seem to be this sick-minded obsession everyone carries.
What if that UA-camr was your kid? You raise him, love him, but he hits an age of mischief. He goes out, gets spured on by thoughts of grandure into being an asshole for views and fame. Thinks it'll be funny.
Then you get a call. Some guy who didn't appreciate his youthful bout of bullshit put him in the ground. Over a UA-cam video.
They shot and killed your child because he was annoying them. Justify that.
"Nah, couldn't be me. Couldn't be my kid."
Yeah, it couldn't be. Until it is.
NOT TO MENTION that instead of continuing to walk away, the DoorDasher turned back to continue to ENGAGE with the UA-camr!
Explain that one to me. Cause apparently no one can. Funny.

@@2gameprinc "The UA-camr was not threatening his life." There was no way for the Door dasher to know this at the time. Delivery drivers are frequent victims of assault and robbery. Using the reasonable person standard it is reasonable to say that the Door dasher feared for their safety when the assailant did not cease their activities. Why did Door dasher turn back to engage with the UA-camr? Because he was being pursued by the UA-camr. He told him to stop, and he continued after him. If that UA-camr was my child, then him being shot would be confirmation of my failure as a parent.
