I'm pretty sure Gateway will be in the playoffs for 2025 because if you look at the Indycar schedule for 2025 Indycar is at Gateway on June 15th don't think they would hold both series close together so that's why i believe Gateway will be in the playoffs
I think they going to keep Iowa Speedway for Father's Day & I don't think the Brickyard 400 would be in July, I think NBC would want the Brickyard 400 to Start their coverage and I would not put a Crown Jewel event on a play in Tournament, I would've either put Richmond or Pocono to be the last race for the play in tournament, Nascar might not want Nashville in the playoffs, I think that might still go to Amazon Prime and also TNT and Dale Jr. might want Chicago Street Course for the play in tournament over Chicagoland, so for that reason I would see Chicago Street Course would be cut back to one date only in 2025 and it'll be for Cup Series and the lower series both Xfinity Series and Truck should either go to Chicagoland or Road America while Cup is at Chicago Street Course.
I’m thinking NASCAR is gonna really want to build up this tournament but I could also see NBC wanting it that’s a very good point. I know nascar would want to go to the street course instead of Chicagoland but there could potentially be a scenario where it doesn’t happen. And if Cup is going to the street coarse at least one of the 2 other series would join them in the streets because of all the money put into it. They would want to have as much track time in the streets as possible.
@@racingboishort That's a good point on the Street Course but the Governor of Chicago might tell Nascar to cut it to one date only in 2025, so for this reason in 2025 I don't think Xfinity Series nor Truck Series go to Chicago Street Course but I would see both lower series go to Chicagoland or Road America while Cup Series is at Chicago Street Course, so I'm leaning the Mayor of Chicago would more power than Nascar do but I would see Dale Jr./TNT convince the mayor of Chicago to bring Chicago Street Course in 2025 and I think they'll listen to Dale Jr./TNT
@@jacobwilson6192 I hope so I’d love to see them to continue to garner fans there in Chicago and after a few years move it to a new city. Then you have the people of Chicago hooked to racing then in 2026 you reopen Chicagoland and make those fans even bigger fans cause Chicagoland would put on a great race.
My personal opinion.... They should put the Daytona night race back on July 4th weekend . Or first weekend of July

If I was in charge of the schedule I would bring the all star race back to charlotte I would put it on the Wednesday night before the Coca-Cola 600 .
Not a bad idea o suggested something similar last year because of the Olympics
