Wow, I was going to sit the exact same thing. It's insane how natural he is. I'm always nervous and triple over my words when I'm on the phone. I'm always nervous that I'll forget to say the right thing. And a lot of times I do. I find though when I follow a script I'm even worse because instead of having a natural conversation I'm trying to follow a script.
You sound really natural and at ease. I get nervous on these calls..I dont know why. The older i get the more awkward I become lol 🤦♀️
