Im pretty sure Leo has in instal instead of ki charge like Claudio starburst. UF12, WS1+2 seem to give the same extensions Leo had in previous iterations, except less risky.

YEAH! Me and Ayoo's main is here and lookin' stronger than ever💥 I'll miss Leo's ws4, 1+2's wall carrying property punishment and Leo's ws, 1+2's 13f wall bouncing. On the other hand, many other of Leo's areas seem to be buffed, and the 1, 4 leading into KNK mixups plus b4 leading to new wall carry and combo routes! Also Leo's buffed d,2 leading to a full combo, etcccc!!! Now I can't really wait another day until I get my hands on the game!

Leo main here. Harada confirmed she's a girl. Her name is Eleonora. Not so sure about the voice actor though. They are ambiguous with her gender in-game intentionally. Mad plus points for invoking Gotham City Impostors!
I don't know if Leo's voice actor is actually a male. Leo is a female as shown in Tekken Tag 2 customization mode, which showcases her in a swimsuit. The voice of Bart Simpson is a female and the Japanese voice of Goku is also a female. This is why I am not sure if this Leo's voice actor is male because female voice actors are pretty good at voicing male characters even though Leo is female. Her gender is not officially confirmed, I know, but she is in a swimsuit in Tekken Tag 2 whereby you can see her bust/bossom/boobs

Leo wearing a bikini in TTT2 is non-canon btw, although I think it'd be cool if Leo got it back in T8. If you see Leo as a female, that's fine as long as you don't act like anything is confirmed. To me Leo is just Non-binary, although I really don't care about the gender, I just wanna play them lol.
