Hey Coach I’m curious to know if you could possibly make a video talking about how to grip a football for small hands vs big hands especially the big hands because I have big hands and still struggling with the grip😂🙏🏾
Get with RB and WR’s and run the plays outside of practice. Helps everyone commit it to memory better since most are physical learners. I struggled to remember a lot of our playbook early on until I did this and afterwards we never had any miscommunication on routes in games because we all knew 100% what the play ran like after running it probably 100 times each
Would u have any advice for my style of qb? I’m kinda like an arm slot guy who’s fast and runs a lot of designed runs plays but I could do with better spiral, and sometimes I wheel out too often so how would u say I could improve on that?
If you search up “first down training how to throw a perfect spiral” on UA-cam that can help! Everyone has different styles but that video will help you manage your style better
If you search up “first down training why your deep ball spins sideways” on UA-cam we have a few videos there that will help with this! Thank you for asking
Hi coach grant, I am a QB but for some Reason I keep throwing side arm and it is messing up my throwing form. Do you have any tip or knowing why I keep throwing side arm
Ok so on the back stroke when im turning my front foot open. Am i turning just the foot or am i trying to open up that front hip a bit? Because ill get disassociation but my shoulders wont go back at that angle depending on if i turn the foot or actually start rotating. Also does the front foot need to be right in line with the back one? Or can you plant sorta Goofy footed. Cause im getting soreness in my front knee when i get done throwing and i think its cause im loading it awkwardly thru the throw.
I would say your front foot can open slightly like we mentioned in the video. It just needs to get down fast- I would say it’s not so much of a turn of the foot. You still want to step to the target but it’s like a quick step. Not so much a pivot in place. I hope this answers what you’re asking, I wasn’t too sure what you meant by some of this but I hope it can help
Thank you!
No problem bro, hope this can help!

Appreciate you man, thank you for the support! Means a lot
This helps a lot because my major weakness is short-mid accuracy and adding spiral helps a lot
