Do you know if it'll work with the Avatar TX? Seems weird if not, make your top of the line product not compatible with your own radio ecosystem? Edit-Tony at Furitek said it does not, for anyone else wondering, big fail on their part IMO.
It’s bonkers. Literally out of control all of a sudden in growth. Team Associated bought Element. They make a few great RTR trail rigs that crawl well. IFS versus solid front axles. Traxxas has quite a few models as well as Axial. Those are the top two for aftermarket upgrades. Vanquish makes awesome products as well as FMS. Depends if you’re buying for scale looks vs performance. I personally like the Traxxas TRX4 High Trails and the TRX4m Broncos. The Redcat Ascent is nice too. If you want a crawler for competitive use, you’ll need to build or pay $$$$ Edit: if space is an issue, get a TRX4m. I realize the electrical components are proprietary but it has the best turn radius and overall ability out of the box for little rigs.
Get fms fcx18 or fcx24 or scx24, fms is better in my opinion and many will agree with me. Do not get a Traxxas trx4m you will have to spend a lot of money to make it capable. Money that you could use for new wheels and tires to your liking. And for little upgrades here and there.
Happy holidays ro you and your family! I have been following all your trx4m content for a year before finally getting it last month. Great content! Is anyone successful binding this with flysky noble 4 (nb4)? Btw, will the traxxas pro light functions work?
Sweet! Really glad I slept on upgrading to Python Pro in my 4WS TRX4M build, this will clean things up a lot without the receiver seperate and do 8.4v without brown outs hopefully Wait wait wait...is this seriously not compatible with the Furitek Avatar?! Goddamnit, I think I'll have to just get the regular Python Pro afterall
RXA or RXF what's is the difference? You're my inspiration for my comp build by the way. Thank you for all the valuable info you're putting out there. Edit: Oh I think the RXA is the new version compatible with the Avatar tx.
I noticed my fury wagon is jumpy in reverse, have you found anything in the furicar app to smooth that out? I messed with throttle trims and curve and cant seem to smooth it out
Make sure you don’t have the setting on the throttle curve that copies forward to reverse. Also in the running section of the app you can adjust the Max Reverse setting. Turn that down and you can slow your reverse

Yeah this seems like a big miss, I’m trying to have fewer TX not more
Thank you for confirming the avatar question. I thought the answer was no, but this is good to confirm. Not good for anyone who owns an avatar though
We are certainly in the golden age of RC. Like button engaged.
Do you happen to know if this bind with a Spectrum DX3?
I have been looking for an esc like this for awhile
Apparently I've been living under a rock. I didn't know RC crawling was a thing. Can someone point me in a direction to get started?

@@dustin6828 with respect a toy grade truck from Walmart performs better than a trx4m out of the box. Just saying.
a fms fcx24 or fcx18 crawler are great out the box best slow speed control for the money, hobbyplus cr18 are great and scx24
Great explanation bro, I ordered one lastnight. Thanks!

I checked and checked and could not find that it was compatible with the avatar
I like it nice compact set up and the universality is great. Merry Christmas to you and family Adam 🎅🎄🎅🎄
very nice! As always good review! Thanks for sharing brother!
Great video I really enjoyed watching it 🤘✌️
Please add this to a rear steering conversion for an Ax24 or the new jeep! I’d love to know how it is in an ax24
I just installed my furitek stinger system with the micro Komodo and lizard pro,I was wondering if you could give us settings to use on the app ?
Do you know if my pro light kits can connect to this with the adapters?

So I have the furitek stinger kit. Didn't get the receiver..so now I'm wondering where to just buy the receiver that goes to it. Any suggestions?
If you want an inexpensive receiver radio combo check out the LGRP radio.
I asked Santa for some Traxxas 3s batterys for Christmas (just bought a sledge)

Greetings from iceland!
What’s better Python RXF or the Tegu24 ?
You think the radiomaster 4in1 module will connect to it?
Oh good question! I suspect not but I would have to look at the list of compatible receivers on the radiomaster site
What Chassis are you running here?
What axles did you switch the c10 to ?
These look like the injora +4mm axles!
Could I run this with the komodo on the utb18 ?
I believe the UTB18 has specific firmware that goes with the lizard esc for that model but I’m not positive.
Will the flysky gt5 work with it?
No I do not believe so
If only it was compatible with Flysky Gt5...
What can I do if I have a Futaba radio? Can I still use their ecs?
What if I want to use the Traxxas lights on my trx4m?
those rsc are junk
