Beautiful playing. Courtney Pine is a veritable monster on the Bass Clarinet, which if you have ever tried playing it is not anywhere as easy to play as a saxophone. Take it from one who knows. His playing on a child is born is incredible when he flawlessly goes up to the extreme altissimo like it was no sweat. Most people can't even come close to those notes.
I love his approach to the bass clarinet. Very powerful and emotional at the same time. A great artist.
