No, monk is not the rarest (green lizard is the rarest based on quantity, legacy spear quantity is unknown)
Yes, monk is rare because a small amount of people chooses it as a legacy (around 130 or so exists).

You have to verify your roblox with the blog link thing,
There are probably instructions on how to but I will list them here as best as I could
(Do not follow 100% because it is from what I remember which is months ago):
1. Do /verify in the verify chat, it should show up that you are not verified and have a button
2. Go to bloxlink website with the button
3. Enter your discord and roblox login
4. Select Rain Escape server
5. Done!
**(I really recommend watching the video on how to verify, please do not take my instructions too seriously)
