      It was your collaboration with CBC that introduced me to them in the first place and inspired me to start my own home brewing journey. It’s been about a year and a half and I’m now about two dozen batches in! Absolutely love both of your channels and look forward to seeing you if you ever find yourself in down in Australia! Cheers!

    How much was the glycol chiller, that had to be more than the entire set up?

    • @TheCraftBeerChannel
      @TheCraftBeerChannel  3 роки тому +1

      They are around £800 so about 1/3 of the set up. The fact they can be used with up to 4 fermenters (and they don't have to be Grainfather conicals any more either) means if you're doing multiple batches it makes a lot of financial/energy sense over lots of fridges!

    • @Brockdorf
      @Brockdorf 3 роки тому

      @@TheCraftBeerChannel thank you so much, I am going to have to drink a lot more beer to justify that expense. Right now I ferment in a keg which gets ice cool down which costs $2 for 20 pounds of ice and takes 45 minutes to bring to temp. The hole theme though is a great idea.
