Birthdays are tricky; unlike dental offices they get it through your patient info and insurance, and for Starbucks they can get it through free coffee or pastry. But for church, I cannot think of any incentive church can provide for asking people to leave their birthday to their profiles.
I've found that when a church really takes the care to send lots of love to their members on their birthday (like sending a message, card, gift, etc.), it incentivizes other members to volunteer their birthdate. It all depends on intentionality on the church's part! -Matt
Thanks. As a new ChurchTrac user that was helpful.
