I'd actually forgotten about this one. John's recorded so many great songs.
This may seem somewhat cheesy to some folks....but I really like the fact that Johns fans span a wide range of ages. You see young kids, middle aged and elderly. His warm, friendly energy....and, of course, his amazing talent, just seems to speak to people somewhere deep down...and it resonates as honesty. He is everyones friend, son, brother, husband, Dad....and his energy just makes people feel really good and happy. A rare talent to do this, I believe....

A Simple Life is the second single from the Romeo’s Heart album 1996.
John has only recorded a few songs that could be considered country music.
There’s Little River Bands - Down On The Border that has a country rock vibe .
Talk Of The Town - written by singer songwriter Shane Howard from Australia rock band Goanna so has Australian themes .
John did do a traditional country song Cool Water with Australian country music pioneer the late Smokey Dawson .

When John was with The Little River Band they had what I'd call a country rock song called Down on the Border....

Lots of country feel songs on this album and some on other albums to. Chain Reaction has a country feel to it. I also like Have a Little Faith in us, Talk of the Town and Hearts on Fire.

That revolving stage is the same as what Cold Chisel used in their Ringside concert, it revolves around so everyone eventually gets the same view…Peter Gabriel used the same sort of stage to great effect in one of his concerts especially during the song Solsbury Hill…look it up if you want for another reaction video
Looking Through a Tear from that concert is a beautiful song. Worth a listen. The documentary is great. I have seen it a couple of times. Happy New Year to you two.

I can more than critically think and analyse and just because I did not like the chatter on this video does not mean I am incapable of critical thought.
