There was a street behind my high school that had dog shit piled so high that they looked like coral reefs. This was back in the 70's. I can't imagine how bad it could be these days.
Disrespectful find out where they live and take it to their house.
Put up a camera, most behave if being watched. Shame the rest on social.

That’s everywhere in Philly. People don’t pick up their dogs poop 💩 and they shouldn’t have a dog. And who will enforced those signs that say “ It’s the Law clean up after your dog maximum fine$300” ??
They also need one for people who don’t have their dogs in a leash.

Dog owners everywhere have gotten very entitled about this.
Their dogs, seemingly, should be allowed to jump on people, and pee and poop in people’s yards, etc. Please train your dog, and clean up after them.

How about the weeds growing outside the fencing, who maintains that? Maybe the neighbors should monitor and ask the city for a poop bag stand and waste bin. I remember the days when each block took care of the pavements and swept in front of their properties. Even helped out the elderly neighbors. People today are lazy and rude. Glad I grew up when I did. This world is f'd up!
