Stewart was in geelongs top 5 players Friday, saying he needs to be dropped is the worst take I have ever heard, he’s not being the best player but he’s no where near the worst
I didn't think he was very good, but to suggest Zac Guthrie and Jake Kolodjashnij have been in any way poor this year is wrong - both have been very good.
Essendon is not a clear 3rd. I've been saying for weeks on my channel they will slide down the ladder barring a win against West Coast which wasn't convincing.
We have an incredibly easy draw. Only really have four hard games against Brisbane at the Gabba, Sydney at Marvel, Collingwood and Geelong. I say we win at least one of those games, maybe two but unlikely. Melbourne, Adelaide at Marvel, Freo at the MCG, St Kilda, Gold Coast at Marvel are the rest, being either 50/50s or games that should be won. Wouldn’t be surprised if we went spiraling out of finals though
super interested in how 4 striking offences is still only a fine? At what point do the afl go "okay this guy clearly isnt learning" and actually teach them a lesson. Love butters but man hes gotta stop whacking people
@@scottllewellyn8221 Yes but AAA was terrible last year, and Nat has brought better balance to it. AAA is not trying to be the same as TRSF, and Riley and Kane work far better as a pair than Barrett and Lloyd do. If you have mummy issues and don’t like seeing a girl on a footy show just come out and say so.
@@cmadelaide56 lmao of course you would resort to petty insults rather than making an intelligent argument about the topic 😂 AAA was significantly better with bartel, someone who actually knew what they were talking about
You obviously don't understand how important a proper host is to balance out analysis in sport. Literally every big sports show you can think of has a legimimate media trained host whether it be Ernie Johnson on NBA on TNT, Kate Abdo on the CBS coverage of the Champions League or Gerard Whatley on AFL 360. They exist to ask questions of their panel about the game, challenge them on their opinions about the game and basically try and moderate a sensible and reasonable discussion. Most hosts don't tend to add much of interest to the discussion of analysis but 3 examples I named 100% do. It generally depends on how knowledgeable the host is and how long they have worked in media.

@noahdebruijn6374 Agreed. Terrible take from damo.
No he wasn't
Top 5 ?
Were there that many?
Cincotta kicked 2 goals
Rowbottom would be in AA contention if it weren’t for the other 3, just shows Sydneys insane depth
It's strange to see sports posts longer than two topics not use topic trackers.

Stop calling the ladder position a seed… this is not the nba it’s the AFL
It's basically the same thing. What's the big deal.
Why cant the AFL get better sponsors than betting companies and crypto?
Merrett couldn’t negate Cincotta
I think they were talking more about the lapses in concentration Ginby had rather than Merrett’s ability to shake the tag.
And?

The simple answer is he is superstar and superstars in this League almost always avoid suspensions.

There’s balance here - a host, a footy expert, and a footy journo. Someone has to host and ask questions of the other two.
@@cmadelaide56 nobody needs to host… the round so far is perfectly fine without a host. she’s shown often she has no clue what she’s on about
