i think you can use white cement .. I mean pour white cement in the right consistency on the floor and use crushed paper ( more good if you use scrap or any paper which is thick and it should be white because u don't want that color on ur floor ) to make it rough. let it dry enough to paint the floor with your fav color or you can leave it white ..
