Thank you for massager tip. Found mine a Walmart today. Its hard to find but they are located in the pharmacy area near the cold and hot packs for 4.88 with battery included.
I never thought my hair would grow back to the length it was when my mom stop doing it as a kid...my number one tip is just to leave your hair alone...
I love TheChicNatural. After I big chopped in high school, I learned how to style my hair watching her videos. Back when her hair was really short. She's so real and down-to-earth and you feel like you can really trust what she's saying is true. Thank you for continuing to share your knowledge and advice with us.
Just subscribed. I couldn't help myself because you are a hair product minimalist with beautiful results. I am 54 and big chopped 4 weeks ago after 30 plus years of relaxed hair. I saw a lot of product pushing on UA-cam when I started to explore my options after I started my transition to natural hair. I share your less is more philosophy and my TWA loves it. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Much love from Jamaica.
Post partum shedding.... I have watched a TON of naturals talk about this, and it's really beneficial because it helps out sooooo many women. But for me, since I am unable to bear children I swear I would sacrifice my appearance just to feel a baby moving inside me, I really would go bald just to have a healthy baby. No lie😥💯
Kiki, I pray that God Grant's you the desires of your heart. In the meantime, avail yourself to mothers who may need your help. It's also a way to prepare you. Always keep God first, trust Him, thank & praise Him😉✌💖👑
Same. It's like when people tell me I'm lucky I don't have a period anymore (had a hysterectomy in my 20s). But I would trade anything to be able to be pregnant.
Im sorry to hear you ladies are unable to have babies😢. I had a miscarriage with my 1st baby almost 2 years ago, its kinda not the same but both circumstances still suck.
😔 my heart goes out to you I didn’t suffer from infertility per se but would miscarry around the 19th week inexplicably. I hope you are blessed with a miracle baby.
I had 2 miscarriages and 1 blighted ovum with one tube removed. I'm now in a phase in my life with a new husband and I recently went and bought a newborn onsie we prayed over it made love and I announced that I was pregnant. Im acting like I'm pregnant I'm staying healthy and happy and I know God will bless me in his time. Speak positive on yourself anything in this life is possible. I died twice when my tube erupted was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital revived back then died again on the emergency table then revived back and now I'm here I felt wounded but my body is healed and I know I will experience Motherhood one day. God knows the deepest desires of your heart. Kiki you are brave you are strong a baby will move inside you and you will carry to full term and you will be a Mother I will keep you in my prayers stay Bless Sis!
Thank you so much for that satin cap link! My hair is tailbone length and I wear 2 scarves and a bonnet, hoping they don't fall off at night, but they still go flying some nights! I will try that satin lined cap! Thank you and you are looking beautiful as always, and your hair has grown so much over the years, you helped my hair to grow as well 😘
THANK YOU for opening up and being a little more personable with us today! I loved how sweet and simpe this vid is. I will be taking your suggestions. Thanks again!
Jamaican black castor oil is the truth!! I use it on my eyebrows too and when I tell you it works within days of use. You can see the difference! I keep it in my hair arsenal. Will purchase a massage device for my hair too!
The Aveda brush is everything! I bought it based off your recommendation. It has made detAngling gone from 3hrs to 45 mins. Less breakage and length retention FINALLY!!! I then got a Felicia Leatherwood and I heard my hair Snap crackle and pop. I’ll stick with aveda!
My woman crush! 😍😍 She comes up with unique styles and everything she does fits her and worth trying. God bless you so much aunty Kim! Love you a lot ❤❤🤗🤗🤗
Kim, would you mind doing a skin care routine & a nail routine ! You always look so put together - as a business woman & mom I’m amazing at how you always look so well put together ! Thank you for sharing 💕
Just purchased my first scalp massager thanks to you and another youtuber recommending that for noticeable hair growth/health. I'm the LAZIEST and MOST BASIC naturalista who doesn't like to accumulate products/tools, but I done heard TOO much good stuff about it... figured I might as well give it a try.
I been recently diagnosed with BC and started chemo last week. I have been natural for 4 yrs and texture is 4b-c .I been researching ways to prevent hair loss during treatment and i have using Haitain Palma Christy oil. I’m determined not to lose my hair, but if I do I know it will grow back better than before. Thanks for you video today I’m going to implement some of your suggestions.
I got excited when you mentioned that massager because that's what I use. I don't use my the regular scalp massager , I prefer the one that you showed in the video.
Thanks for the tips Initially I thought you had a wig on but as I continued to watch the video I was like "oh it's her hair". You definitely do both very well
Good morning I love watching your videos. I think you are such a Beautiful person inside and out and, the Baby is growing so fast with his Adorable self. Have a Bless rest of your Day!
@@aprophete lol exactly! idk why people feel the need to tell other people what they need or dont need this twist out took time and manipulation its gorgeous but a wig is easier and safer let women have options in peace
I love your videos really. But I wanna know... Can the black castor oil and the olive oil be used for other parts of the hair aside from the edges? It'll be cool if maybe you could drop the link to getting those products especially the hair massager or can we get it from any e-commerce store?
*I'm going through it now and I am just loosing my mind about it. I absolutely hate to even touch my hair because I'm bound to come up with hair in my hands.
I do have a question with the scalp massaging. Do you do it everyday ? because I'm always hearing that with scalp massaging you can only do them for 1 week per month or else your scalp will get used to it and the method won't work anymore.
Love your hair it beautiful 😍can you do a update video on what current products you using pls i seen one from November 2016 hve anything change from those products i wanna no what you using pls lol
Another great vid, Thank you! I'm currently experiencing postpartum hair shedding as well... Not only on my edges but throughout my whole head. I'm afraid to put braids in my hair because of the tension. Can you recommend some low manipulation hairstyles that will last for a week?
I enjoy your videos, and how easy you make it look to create your hairstyles ! Have you changed your shampoos and conditioners?! I agree, natural is as cheap or expensive as a person wants caring for their natural hair to be ! Your hair is Beautiful !
I love the look.will definitely try..a while ago you posted a video and you talked about your nails...i think you said they were the press-on kind...i was wondering if that applies to this set as well
Hope your day is going well. Thanks for sharing. I was wondering, the water bottle in your description, how is that working for you? Is it hard to clean?
Yooooo so any tips on middle of the head breakage! I had gotten super long box braids n the middle of my head area broke off super bad.... Ok ima do the jbco n olive oil massage treatment.. My breakage is unbelievable.
I can’t remember if you did the big chop or transitioned... would love to know to see older videos I’ve been searching but haven’t found any yet. I’m thinking to go natural
Hiii I've been following you for a few months now I think I'm just really starting wearing my natural hair. My question is with the castor oil did it come with the dropper or you purchased that separately? I love your videos btw very informative.
Thank you for this video along with all your other videos, they are extremely helpful 😉 I’m currently relaxed and considering going natural, do you have any experience using the maxi glide rp or would you consider doing a video just to share your experience?
Yep! castor oil works fast, I mix castor oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, neem oil (just a tiny drop), vitamin E & some essential oil, in a little bottle, then I put it all over my scalp, my hair got extremely tight, I can't even hold it to make a ponytail.
She showed how in the video. Just put bigger chunks of hair around the flexi rods again. Instead of re-rolling a single section put three together and roll those three on one Flexi-Rod.
You are SO good with hair. I can never tell when it’s a wig or when it’s your hair. You slay both.
Thanks so much! 💕
One thing I like about her, is no matter how much subscribers or followers she has. She interacts with her audience. Tyfs
