I think an ultrasonic bath would be a much more safe and professional way to clean the compressor parts. Try to get a torque wranch to properly tighte6the bolts to the soecified torque Try using an rubber mellit in place of metal hammer Try to get a better puller to pull the bearings out. You guys are talented but please try to get better tools (trust me, these tools are not that expansive) to do the job in a more professionally way. Wish you the best.
Car ac compressors are similarly overhauled in Ghana. Incidentally, I had mine thoroughly overhauled yesterday, and the climate control in the 2002 model Nissan Primera is running like a brand new car from a showroom.
