I don't recall the footage of him confessing filming a fake moon landing insisting that its done from the moon. Why would you request being there which is why you are faking it? I don't remember where, but I've heard of an island where there is a tribe of people who live in the past, so to speak. The island is off limits to protect them from contamination. It might be that island where the tribe kills on sight and the missionary decided to go spread the Word of God and got killed.
