Larry Holmes as always telling it like it is. Joe Frazier did break his ribs when Ali and Frazier had fought the second time and Holmes was the sparring partner of Frazier to prepare him for the second fight with Ali. Holmes did beat up Marvis Frazier and won on a first round TKO.
Marvis had his fathers heart, the fight never left that man no matter how dire it was at times, if he was conscious he was fighting. Mad respect. Smokin Joe Frazier one of the best to ever do it, truly a legend.
