    How to Grill Vegetables
    1. Wash your vegetables and dry them with a paper towel.
    2. The denser vegetables should be cut and cooked smaller than less dense vegetables so that they cook evenly. Turn your BBQ on to Med-High. We want the Grill Hot for Grill Marks!
    3. Drizzle olive oil onto the vegetables so that the have a nice sheen. About 2-3 tablespoon for 4 cups of vegetables.
    4. BBQ vegetables at 350-450 degrees in for 15-20 minutes, flipping once or twice.

    Next time you want to grill corn on the cob leave the husk on soak them in water prior to barbecuing. The water inside will cook the corn in the husk. It's like steaming the corn. Yes the outer shell might burn but not a problem you just tear it off after they're done cooking.

    You can use skewers instead of foil wrap to prevent asparagus from falling for a more healthier and ecological alternative. Also try adding the olive oil after grilling! Tastes better and you don't overheat it -> less of the undesirable fats.
    besides that awesome video I love grilling tons of veggis as a healthy side :)

    I like that you don't need extra tools (skewers, grill pan, etc) to do this, just a grill and a sharp knife.

    Suggest cooking the corn with the husks soaked and unwrapped. Looks great.

    • @MarlonDoll
      @MarlonDoll  7 років тому +2

      That would have worked much better, but I thought I should wash it first! Guess the soaking part would do that. aha

    If you wanna cook with the corn husks on, one trick I saw was to tie them back with a piece of twine

    You don't have to added MSG. Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and Italian spices (optional) are already delicious 😉

    Here's an idea... it's something I've been doing for years. Slice some long pieces of pork fat and lay them on your grill. Now lay your vegetables on the top of the pork fat. The juices from the pork fat will drip down on the charcoals and give your vegetables a wonderful flavor. You can even use bacon.

      maremacd maybe he should asked if he care for some veggies . It would of in corporate him into the video give it a more personal touch. When I bar-b-q out behind my apartment I offer a invite to the locals. It builds good neighborly relations. A little more real than social media.

    Hey sexy man, please stop cooking with aluminum! The aluminum breaks down even faster when heated and leeches into your food. As you may or may not know, aluminum is a contributing factor to Alzheimer's and dementia and you are toooo adorable to be loosing your memory at a young age, unlike me - "what's my name again?" ❤️
