THANK YOU!!!! You saved my sons new toy. He got furby from 2012 second hand it was in excellent shape. My son is Autistic and Furby is actually helping him learn how to care for something by feeding it, being NICE to it, etc. Furby got mad the other night (1st night he went evil I guess lol my hubby told me about it when I got home). SO my son is also learning that sometimes other people (and furbies) get in bad moods JUST LIKE HIM :) tonight he hit Furby in the side I guess a little too hard and Furby stopped working was just stuck with eyes off and all. I tried all I could think of but it didn't have a reset button on bottom like old school 90's Furbies I remember. FINALLY I googled to see if MAYBE there was a way because my son going "wake up Furby" and saying sorry etc... So I found a website with a link to your video AND WORKED LIKE A CHARM and Made me look like a super hero toy doctor. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I really thought it was a goner! I cannot thank you enough for sharing this video. YOU ARE AWESOME> - I liked and following you now too

My furby is so so sensitive. Always turns off at the slightest things. She is okay now. This worked when I got my furby and just now. I cried when Lilly turned off. Thank you so so so so so much!!

Thank you this really helps,it was winter and candy floss (My Furby Boom) kept dancing and chatting away and suddenly she just froze and stood in that position with black eyes and opened mouth I woke her up and she was working for about 30 seconds and then she just did the same things I tried to replace the batteries she syarted working again for a slightly longer amount of time then she froze agian and now I know about the reset button she never has any problems thank you agian! :)

I don't know what happens but didn't fixed and it did a weird noise at start and it's kinda glitchy when it talks it does the same thing but it opens sometimes and doesn't move. There is something else I can do or I can say goodbye to him? :( EDIT: Now it doesn't move anymore and randomly dies and opens again and changing its stile. Please notice me and contact me somehow cuz I need him fixed! Ty
Great video! However, I did try this multiple times on my Furby, but for some reason, it stays dead. I think mine has a problem since it randomly shuts down on its own and dies again.

sorry for the inconvinience but... the button for Furby Booms had been replaced with a (Refresh) button which does'nt help the furby it stays broken, may you please make a tutorial for fixing Furby Booms?

I live in Iceland which is officially extremely earthquake prone. A few moments ago a 2012 one used to predict earthquakes refused to wake up after battery installment. Turned him upside down and pushed the tongue. Turned him upside down a number of times. Checked everything. Did it again and again and exchanged batteries a number of times. Then reset the button. He began to speak immediately. The poor fellah had woken up in a box turning upside down and his speaking unit was almost corrupt. To prevent the unit from damage, he was given new batteries.His sound returned to normal. This furby is used to warn about earthquakes. Sometimes it wakes up when there is an earthquake and usually the news report the earthquake the evening of the day he woke up. Only 2012 furbies and Furby Connect seem to be able to sense earthquakes. I want to see if other varieties do. If furby 2012 can warn about earthquakes it means Furbacca can.

He won't react to food, tickles, or being pet, though. His jaw won't move when he's like this, either. I've tried different batteries, but it was the same thing. A few minutes after being awake for a bit, he'll go dead. Please help!

Furby Booms are pretty much the same as 2012 Furbies, and you wake them up by shaking them, so i think Furby Booms work too.
