The "black companies" in Japan are literally the kind where they work people to death. They have an actual word for "working to death". Karōshi (過労死), which can be translated literally as "overwork death" in Japanese, is occupational sudden mortality.
I really like Akita’s personality and his Enthusiasm despite a Zombie apocalypse, and his reaction to being “Free” reminded me of how I felt when Covid Hit (this is also the first time I’ve heard a girl say he’s cute)
Coming back and watching these videos of your content as ive just discovered it a little around half a year ago or so seeing this and hearing Akira say he wants to just go to sleep and not wake up again hurts. I have honestly been there and basically just kind of floated through 3 years of my life in a haze just going to bed with that feeling every night. Ive worked through it though and brought myself to a better place so I just wanted to say if anyone happens to see this and feels that way, dont give up and stay strong friend, it does get better!
Just want to add that it's pretty much impossible to look for another job in another company in japan so the employees pretty much can't quit. Because when you try looking for another job in other companies, they'll see that you didn't last at least 10 years in your previous job, they won't hire you because they'll think that you'll also eventually quit working on their company. Japanese society pretty shames a person for not being able to last long in a job.
lol. Best reaction video I’ve seen yet. It’s cool to see UA-cam personalities reacting to show with the same joy & glee as any fan. It’s not just about the likes & subs.
in private companies in East Asia there is a work culture from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm 6 days a week. so the minimum working hours is 72 hours per week. Of course legally you can work 40 hours a week but don't expect a promotion. because everyone works 72 hours a week if you only 40 hours a week you are lazy and you should be ashamed because it has a bad impact on company employees

Oh it's absolutely about rallying simps, likes, subs, money. But Carmen is probably the most expressive reactor.

Alot of people who work properly feel the exact way that's what's sad and crazy about it
