Every other after effects tutorial videos i've seen makes me wanna quit the thought of learning the software, apart from these series. Thanks for making this.. it has been helping me alot and it does not make AE look like a nightmare.

I believe it's the setting you have in After Effects, when you start a project. I had this problem once. I think I solved it by going up to 'File' then down to 'Project settings'. Click that and a menu box will option. on the second tab across form the top ' Time Display Style' on the top 'timecode' option, click the drop-down and make sure it's set to '00:00:00:000' (all zero's). You can also then press 'cmd K', to look at your composition settings, and make sure the 'Start Timecode' towards the bottom is also set to all zero's. Hope that helps, let me know how you get on.

Hello, I'm on CS6 windows version and I cannot import a folder structure all at once like you did in the tutorial... pressing "open" on the folder only makes me navigate the file structure. Is there a way to make a bulk import from the windows CS6 version of AE ? Thanks :D

Hi there, Could you be more specific? Are you trying to place files into AE?

@@ZiyaAliyevs Yep, you should be able to import folders into AE, much the same as demonstrated in the video.
on windows, there should be another button saying "import folder". click this one instead of "open"
