@RyanBassForLife- Its not good to play that far below port tune, without your subsonic adjusted properly. Your sub is acting like its freeair= not in an enclosure, when playing that far below port tune. When you see your sub surround puckering like that= not good= turn it down, or they will blow. Its not if, its when they will blow, when you treat them like that. Just some friendly advice, to help keep you bassin!

Yeah I really need to stop playing low frequency test tones up all the way to clipping. I already blew a few subwoofers in the past like my 18" American Bass Godfather series subwoofer and my older American Bass XFL.

@@RyanBassForLife- If your box is tuned @ 32Hz, for example, a good way to set up your subsonic filter, 1st turn off your system, then take out your speaker wires, @ both of your amps speaker outputs, so your subs aren't hooked up. Then put in your inputs from a volt/ohm meter, set to volts, in the amplifiers speaker outputs, and lightly tighten down. Remember no subwoofers are hooked up to the amps now. Then turn on your deck, and play a test tone @ mid volume, that is 5Hz below tune= 27Hz in this example, and set to repeat. Before touching any of your amp settings, ✔ your voltage output from each amp, they should be the same, if they are not, turn the higher numbered amp down, to match the amp that read a lower voltage, now the amps are gain matched. Now you can move onto set the subsonic filter. What ever amp you have your volt meter leads on the speaker outputs, and set on volts, while a 27Hz test tone is playing on repeat, @ mid volume, now turn up your subsonic filter, until it starts to decrease the voltage, you can decrease it by.1 of a volt to 10 volts, it doesn't matter, it's your preference, (i suggest .1 to 1volt), just make sure to match the 2cnd amp's voltage, to the 1st amp. Then turn off your system, hook up your subs, and try that same freq., i think you said it was 13Hz, slowly turn up your volume, and now your subsonic filter should keep your excursion in ✔️. If you ever want more control, over your subs, just repeat the steps above, and turn the subsonic filter up, to limit more voltage, repeat till desired results. Hope this help's Buddy!?
