I have done this for years and I'm 75 now. I never knew it had a name. My anxiety has kicked in with age so I will be trying this again, can't wait. Thank you,
I'm a substitute teacher and I have shown this video to many of my elementary school classes. The students are SO calm when working on their art pieces and it completely changes the energy in the classroom (in the best way possible). Thank you so much for posting this video! Kids all over Vancouver, Canada thank you :)
I did this on my own when I was a kid. I did A LOT of them. They were my favorite thing to do when I was bored. But maybe that was anxiety that I didn't know how to process.... Interesting.
Hey Leslie, I am not sure why did you stop uploading videos, You were brilliant , please consider taking it up seriously and upload more videos if possible, we look forward to it, all the best....
Anyone here who uses scribble art as a form of therapy, I am doing a research project on the same so it would be of great help if you could put your inputs in here for me. Why do you scribble and has it been helpful to you in any way? If yes, how? Thankyou for your time.
@@DevilishDaysxMaui in that case yes. We use all different creative art materials to achieve the results. But most important if it’s done WITH an Art Therapist. Same if it would be a Psychologist.
@@user-dn6nb5ku9b I mean the lessons and practices themselves don’t necessarily require a professional, but if it’s a part of treatment or care, then yes
Hi there! This was awesome. Do you have an email address where you can be contacted directly? I would love to use your video in an educational partnership.

SAMe!
You can feel the effects in your brain. I find it soothing.
I love swirls and floral flows.
Looks so easy for me to do. Usually, I don't like my artwork, but this should be a breeze.

Ok
It’s doodling , NOT an Art therapy!
How do you figure that?
@@DevilishDaysxMaui I didn’t figured, I know) I am an Art therapist and an Artist. It’s two different things
@@user-dn6nb5ku9b If doodling is guided/has something of a prompt or subject to achieve, could it be art therapy?

Is it not Neurographic! Just abstract art. If you teach other people, do it correctly. Really, people, it not how Neurographic lines are drawn at all!
uh
ROFLLL
