Pato Tim Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Duck Preparation
2 kilos - fresh duck (cleansed w/ 1/3 cup salt)
1 tsp - salt ( to season duck)
2. Sear/ Saute/ Simmer
3 tbsp - olive oil
2 thumbsized sliced - ginger
***seasoned duck
1 tsp - cooking wine

3 tbsp - used oil
2 thumbsized sliced - ginger
1/3 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots/ onions
2 tbsp - spicy chilis
2 cups - sprite (lime soda)
2 cups - pineapple juice
2 cups - water
1/4 cup - soy sauce
1 tbsp - peppercorns
3 pcs - bay leaves
1 pc - chicken cube
***seared duck

1/3 cup - sugar
1 cup - banana catsup
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
***tender Duck
Boil veggies:
water - enough to submerge ingredients
1 tbsp - salt
1 tbsp - olive oil
baguio beans + broccoli + carrots
Cooking Time: approximately 2 hours
